Business Development Manager - WA About the Role As a Business Development Manager within the National Contracts group at Reece, your mission is to create customers for life by enhancing the customer experience and driving strategic growth. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients in the mining and facility management sectors across Western Australia, including the Pilbara, Coastal, and Goldfields regions. This role is focused on understanding our customers’ needs, habits, and operational requirements—whether in mining operations, camp accommodation, or facilities such as hospitals, commercial buildings, and utilities. By identifying opportunities to support and streamline their businesses, you’ll help deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and foster long‑term partnerships. What You Can Expect In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting some of Australia’s largest enterprise customers in the mining and facility management sectors. This role is based out of Perth Distribution Centre. Build lasting relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate across Reece’s specialty business units to provide consolidated supply and drive operational efficiency. Identify growth opportunities by analysing customer habits, requirements, and challenges. Deliver value through strategic support that helps customers run and grow their businesses. Travel regularly to remote sites across Western Australia, including mining locations, to provide on‑the‑ground support and strengthen customer engagement. Work autonomously while being backed by a national network and a strong internal support system. Make a real impact in industries that are critical to Australia’s economy and infrastructure.
