We have big plans and we’re on the hunt for a driven CRM Specialist to join our team at GAZMAN Based in our Malvern office, in this exciting position you will be responsible for driving and executing CRM and loyalty strategies that support the full customer lifecycle. You will develop a deep understanding of the brand and its customer base, enabling you to uncover and act on opportunities that strengthen retention, build loyalty, and increase sales across both online and offline channels. You’ll take ownership of the customer database, CRM platform structure, and overall architecture, ensuring systems run smoothly and capture essential data at every key customer touchpoint. You will also deliver best‑practice email marketing and marketing automation programs, continually analysing customer behaviour and campaign performance to maximise commercial outcomes. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to: Identify quick wins and long‑term CRM opportunities by understanding each brand’s goals, customers, competitors and market position. Deliver customer marketing strategies across email, SMS, and digital channels to drive retention, lifecycle engagement and sales. Use customer data, behaviour and market research to build segmentation, customer profiles and new business opportunities. Develop seamless omnichannel experiences across all touchpoints. Support the implementation of loyalty and rewards program strategies. Execute and optimise targeted email marketing campaigns, including personalised, transactional, promotional and lifecycle automations. Manage and enhance customer workflows and lifecycle programs across online and offline channels. Optimise CRM platform capabilities and explore custom developments to support commercial goals. Monitor dataflow in and out of the CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging with brand strategy and promotional plans. Use a test‑and‑learn approach to continuously improve performance. Manage closed‑loop reporting to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI and insights. Oversee the accuracy, completeness and compliance of customer data. Analyse customer behaviour and activity to identify revenue opportunities and provide insights across the business. Drive database growth through acquisition, re‑engagement and retention initiatives to reduce churn. Stay up to date with best practices and innovations in CRM, email, automation and marketing technology. You will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, with 2+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or similar, ideally in retail or agency environments. Hands‑on experience with CRM automation platforms and managing email marketing campaigns, segmentation, audience building and analytics. Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, customer behaviour, loyalty. High competency in data analysis and web analytics tools. Strong commercial acumen, communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Proven problem‑solving ability, adaptability under pressure, autonomy, and confidence learning new technologies. Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners such as agencies and developers.
