We are seeking a driven and collaborative Territory Manager to join our growing OneSmile | Proactive Orthodontics commercial team. In this role, your mission is to Champion the Provider. You will empower dental clinics, orthodontists, and dental groups across your region by building lasting partnerships. You’ll be responsible for forging new partnerships, empowering growth within existing partner clinics, and clearly articulating the precise clinical and commercial advantages of our expert‑led system. This is a high‑impact, fast‑paced role for a professional who is proactive, owns their outcomes and thrives on building a strong pipeline that leads to mutual success. You are not just selling a product; you are empowering practices with a new standard of care, backed by the support of our marketing resources and a strong leadership team. This position is open to candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute precise territory plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify, qualify, and successfully onboard new dental practices. Build strong, collaborative partnerships with dentists, treatment coordinators, and practice owners. Deliver clear and compelling presentations and commercial proposals. Drive aligner case submission growth and support practice activation plans. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding partner experience. Maintain precise CRM discipline and provide accurate performance reporting. ABOUT YOU You’re a confident communicator and a strategic partner-builder who thrives on achieving results. You bring initiative, resilience, and a partner-centric mindset to everything you do. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have: 3+ years' experience in B2B sales (dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or device sales is highly regarded). Proven success in territory management or account management. Strong commercial acumen and precise negotiation skills. Experience presenting to key clinical and business decision‑makers. A highly organised approach with strong CRM discipline. A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within your territory.
