As Director Relationships, you'll drive SME growth through a relationship-focused approach to business banking.If you thrive on: Independently addressing the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses Building robust relationships with both customers and business partners Championing teamwork and collaborative problem-solving Crafting and implementing best practice relationship models for our valued SME customers Then, this opportunity might just be your dream job: Your role will involve empowering and supporting Australian businesses, facilitating SMEs to achieve remarkable outcomes.
