Job Description We’re seeking a passionate Conference & Events Sales Manager to champion new business opportunities and elevate our event success. If you’re a confident communicator with a strong sales drive and a love for creating memorable experiences, this role is for you. Proactively source and secure new business across MICE and other key market segments Manage and nurture key accounts with a personalised, solutions‑focused approach Host site inspections and familiarisation events to highlight our properties and capabilities Convert enquiries into high‑value bookings with confidence and professionalism Collaborate closely with our passionate team to exceed revenue targets and deliver outstanding client experiences Qualifications Experience in Hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, ideally with exposure to MICE and Events A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships Existing networks within the corporate or events sectors (advantageous) Highly motivated, self‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team A positive, proactive attitude paired with a polished and professional demeanour Experience in lead generation, proactive outreach, and converting enquiries into results Full Australian work rights What We Offer Free on‑site car park Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide Develop your talent through Accor’s learning programs Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world Ability to contribute to the community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities Our Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
