Ready to take on a role that truly matters? We’re seeking a Clinical Governance Manager to lead quality and governance initiatives within a growing healthcare organization. This position is pivotal in ensuring excellence across clinical frameworks, policies, and risk management. About the Role You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System, developing protocols and policies, and supporting clinical teams to deliver safe, effective care. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on engagement, including occasional travel to support teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical governance frameworks and risk management processes Develop and implement policies, procedures, and pathways Support clinicians and medical practitioners through leadership and guidance Act as a point of escalation for clinical matters Drive continuous improvement and quality‑first culture Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders About You Tertiary qualifications in allied health, nursing, business, or related field 5+ years of clinical experience within your scope of practice Proven ability in clinical governance, risk management, and policy development Strong leadership and communication skills Detail‑oriented with strategic thinking capability Experience in stakeholder engagement and change implementation Why This Role?
