Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal advice and support across all stages of major infrastructure projects. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex contracts, ensuring that legal risks are identified and mitigated. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with project goals. Lead on contract management, advising on disputes, variations, and risk management strategies. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure that all legal aspects of projects are in line with current legislation. About You Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a legal counsel or related role, ideally within the infrastructure or construction sector. Expertise in contract law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks. A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Qualified to practice as a solicitor in Australia, with a current practising certificate.
