As we continue to grow under the NewCold umbrella, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This position offers a fast-paced, learning-rich environment ideal for someone who is looking to broaden their skillset in warehouse operations, customer service, and administrative support. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Shift Hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm Key Responsibilities Ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of inbound and outbound vehicles. Coordinates bay allocation, checks documentation, verifies load integrity, and maintains cold chain standards. Meeting dispatch and receipt timelines. Coordinates on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety across the shift. Pre-loading and unloading trailers. Preparing local and interstate manifests (computer knowledge and experience essential). Working with transport operations teams. Managing dock dues for inbound and outbound clients through bookings platform. Working with internal and external customers regarding order and transport delays. Who You Are Forklift with license with high reach, double deep, counterbalance experience. Experience in warehouse or transport operations (preferably cold storage). Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning; familiarity with dock scheduling. Strong coordination, prioritisation, and communication skills for fast-paced docks. Understanding of CoR, load restraint, HACCP/GMP, and cold chain practices. Ability to work sustained shifts in cold environments (0–4°C) Knowledge of pallet control (CHEP/Loscam) and carrier operations. Exposure to NHVAS mass/fatigue, refrigerated transport standards, and QA audits. Why Join Karras Cold Logistics?
