We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a full‑time Administrator to join our Operations team at our Gold Coast Branch. $29.70/hr + super Full‑time, permanent role Great team environment Work close to home Career growth opportunities within our wider group Duties We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Operations Administrator to support our depot operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient freight management processes, ensuring accuracy, safety, and exceptional communication across the network. Key Responsibilities Support and promote a strong safety culture across all operational activities. Investigate and resolve missing or damaged freight enquiries, maintaining effective communication with branches and ensuring located freight is delivered promptly. Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to proactively minimise freight discrepancies and damage incidents. Manage and resolve outstanding freight queries, including preparing discrepancy reports and providing photographic documentation when required. Oversee the re‑packing of damaged freight to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. Coordinate freight re‑directions and returns efficiently to support customer satisfaction and limit DIFOT impacts. Maintain high levels of scanning accuracy and data integrity across all freight movements. Provide back‑up support for key depot roles during breaks or staff absences to ensure continuous operational coverage. About You Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills. Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple departments. Previous experience in transport, warehousing, or administrative support roles (preferred). Confident in working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Commitment to upholding workplace safety and operational excellence. Sound geographical knowledge of Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Willing to undertake a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol test.
