Operations Co-ordinator - Engineering Randwick Campus Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2 Remuneration: $114,251 - $134,809 Per Annum, Plus Superannuation Hours Per Week: 38 Location: Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick Applications Close: 26 November 2025 Role Overview The vision for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is ‘exceptional care, healthier lives’. Provide high-level specialty support for the management of engineering and maintenance services to support the efficient and effective operation of the Engineering, Randwick Campus to achieve business and service objectives. Lead and manage operations of Engineering Services to facilitate delivery of quality, cost-effective services and the achievement of business and service objectives. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management or business, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach. Demonstrated leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture and lead change. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem‑solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to meet workplace needs. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies, procedures and standards. Current drivers licence (with willingness to travel as required).
