About the role The Senior Account Manager will oversee account management teams while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth project delivery and a consistently high standard of customer service. Key responsibilities Assist the Strategic Account Manager with administration and client workflow Run reports, check stock, and monitor project timelines Deliver clear, accurate, and timely information to clients Manage client requirements and support informed decision-making Accurately complete paperwork and reporting Update client pricing and product information on the company website Prepare quotes and respond to customer enquiries Maintain strong and effective working relationships Adhere to company processes, policies, and procedures Ensure an exceptional client experience at all times Skills & experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in account management, particularly across major accounts Knowledge of SEO and PPC Proven ability to build positive client and colleague relationships Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach Highly organised, adaptable, and reliable Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities Experience in printing, apparel, promotional, or product sourcing industries (advantageous) 5–10 years experience Why join Foenix Digital?
