The candidate will nurture existing food and beverage accounts and drive growth across additional clients. Headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, Solenis operates 69 manufacturing facilities and employs professionals in 130 countries. Responsibilities Account management and customer support: provide ongoing end-to-end service based on established agreements and SLAs, including hands-on technical checks of chemical dosing levels and equipment calibration. Provide training sessions to customer staff on product use, ensuring safety compliance. Monitor chemical stock at each customer site and order replenishments aligned with timelines. Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and introduction of new products or technologies to support clients’ sustainability initiatives. Business development and growth: conduct business reviews and acquire new clients; develop competitive commercial proposals. Present product benefits and convert prospective clients into long-term partnerships. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience managing large corporate accounts. Degree or diploma in a science discipline (e.g., chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering). Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Solid presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently; capable of cross-functional collaboration. Full working rights and open driver’s license.
