The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to champion the Bali Solutions brand and expand our client base across New South Wales and Victoria. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about logistics, sustainability, and B2B growth. You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that highlight our unique value proposition: reliable, on-time, and eco-friendly freight. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (60%): Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new business contracts with companies requiring Parcel Delivery, Bulk Delivery, Furniture Delivery, or Interstate Freight services. B2B Focus: Target businesses (especially e-commerce, retail, and wholesale) looking for a reliable delivery partner with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability (Green Choice). Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with potential and existing high-value clients, understanding their freight needs and positioning Bali Solutions as the strategic partner. Sales Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, and maintain detailed records using a CRM system. Marketing & Brand Promotion (40%): Digital Campaigning: Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies (LinkedIn, email, paid search) focused on our key differentiators: Eco-Friendly Fleet, Low-Emission Transport, and Guaranteed On-Time Reliability. Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing materials, sales collateral, case studies, and website content that articulate the benefits of sustainable logistics. Brand Voice: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, reinforcing our values of care, safety, and customer-first service. Market Analysis: Track industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify new routes or service opportunities to drive market expansion. What You’ll Bring Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a combined B2B Sales and Marketing role. Industry Knowledge (Highly Preferred): Prior experience in the Logistics, Freight, Transport, or E-commerce sectors. Skillset: Demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets and execute successful digital marketing campaigns. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Attitude: Self-motivated, client-focused, and comfortable working independently to manage multiple priorities.
