Our client, a global leader in the SaaS space, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Enablement Specialist. This isn't your standard sales enablement position; we're looking for someone whose primary strength is a deep understanding of the marketing world to help empower and upskill a growing sales team. You will be the go-to resource for a dynamic team, ensuring they have the product knowledge, content, and industry insights to excel. What You’ll Be Doing: Onboard, train, and coach new and existing sales and customer success team members. Develop and deliver engaging training content, including product guides, presentations, and objection-handling scripts. Leverage your industry knowledge to provide the team with critical insights for upselling and cross-selling. Partner with senior managers and stakeholders to align on enablement priorities and measure success. Foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity within a fast-paced environment. What You Can Bring to the Team: Deep knowledge of the marketing and MarTech landscape is essential; you understand the challenges and speak the language of modern marketers. A minimum of one year's experience in a sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role. Hands‑on experience with a major email marketing or marketing automation platform would be a huge advantage. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. A creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem‑solving. Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, SPICE) is highly regarded. Why This is the Perfect Time to Join?
