The Program Officer provides a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support CCEL’s strategies, programs and initiatives. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting pre-program relationship building, client approvals, program material development, program logistics and program evaluations. You will also drive individual projects and events, and undertake a variety of general administrative duties, such as creating purchase orders, expense reconciliation, invoice management, Statements of Work, multiple inbox management and office management duties, to meet the operational demands of the Program team. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or substantial relevant skills and work experience. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training is acceptable. About Monash University At Monash, work feels different.
