Job Information Program Officer at Monash University Job No. Location: Melbourne CBD Employment Type: Full-time Duration: 2 year fixed-term appointment Remuneration: $83,424 - $95,825 pa HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation) Amplify your impact at a world top 50 University Join our inclusive, collaborative community Be surrounded by extraordinary ideas - and the people who discover them Responsibilities The Program Officer provides a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support CCEL’s strategies, programs, and initiatives. Key duties include: Planning, coordinating, and supporting pre-program relationship building, client approvals, program material development, program logistics, and program evaluations. Driving individual projects and events. Managing general administrative duties: creating purchase orders, expense reconciliation, invoice management, Statements of Work, multiple inbox management, and office management duties. Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess: Strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field; or substantial relevant skills and work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
