About the role Our Senior Consultant, Workplace Relations provides consulting on all aspects of workplace relations and employment legislation. It includes providing verbal, written, and face-to-face advice, as well as educating clients on legislative updates and changes to industrial relations legislation. The role offers best-practice solutions across award interpretation, contract and policy development, workplace investigations, enterprise agreements, and performance management. The role also includes advocacy and representation before the Fair Work Commission and the South Australian Employment Tribunal, particularly in matters such as unfair dismissal, general protections, wage claims, and related disputes. Additionally, the role supports the development and refresh of consulting and publication materials, including business updates, case studies, information updates, and other communications for businesses. About You You’re passionate about workplace relations and employment law and enjoy helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence. You have a track record of delivering high-quality industrial relations advice and consultancy support to clients or members. You’re proactive in identifying opportunities for growth, comfortable presenting in professional settings, and confident working with internal and external stakeholders.
