Golding is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our Milton-based team. Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, this role is responsible for managing end-to-end wages recruitment across operator and maintainer positions. Candidates with proven in-house recruitment experience within the resources sector will be highly regarded. Strong administration capabilities and a well-organised approach are essential for success in this role. We offer flexible working hours, including the option to work from home. Key Responsibilities Shortlist candidates daily for site approval Conduct telephone screening and reference checks for Operators and Maintenance Trades Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate records Coordinate medicals and site inductions Partner with on-site hiring managers to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment service Prepare progress updates and analysis on recruitment activities Key Capability Requirements HR or relevant tertiary qualification preferred Advanced computer skills across Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms Previous in-house experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment preferred Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Why Join Golding Employee-Centric Success: Our success is driven by the diverse talents and initiatives of our employees.
