Role Overview Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Recruitment Advisor will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, support workforce planning, and build talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Develop tailored sourcing strategies in line with workforce plans. Conduct resource planning meetings with leaders to align on recruitment needs and expectations. Identify and utilise optimal online sourcing channels for different candidate segments. Organise targeted industry outreach events and on‑site activities. Manage the recruitment process from job advertisement to selection and offer stages. Review applications, lead interviews, and conduct reference checks. Exceptional communication, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Proven experience in HR administration. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
