About our role Iron Mine Contracting is expanding fast, and with a surge of new activity across the business, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Advisor on a 6 month fixed‑term basis to join our team based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager , you’ll take ownership of a busy and varied portfolio, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment and building strong relationships across the organisation. If you’re energised by pace, enjoy partnering with people, and want a role where your contribution is valued from day one, we’d love to hear from you Your focus in this role Undertake the delivery of end‑to‑end recruitment. Undertake onboarding activities and completion of relevant employee documentation. Provide recruitment advice and support to managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure hiring of the most suitable candidates. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders within the organisation. Ensure all work undertaken is compliant to relevant OHS legislation. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing high volume recruitment. Background in blue‑collar, particularly across civil and production operations. (desirable) High level interpersonal skills. Demonstrated understanding of human resource practices and legislation. Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records/registers. Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
