We are seeking a passionate and experienced Blue Collar Recruiter with a strong understanding of heavy engineering and construction industry to deliver high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio within the resources sector. About the Role In this fast‑paced role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding skilled blue collar talent to support operations and project delivery. You’ll design and execute recruitment strategies to meet both immediate workforce demands and long‑term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – job briefings, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, and qualification verification. Coordinate pre‑employment requirements such as medicals and police checks. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular recruitment updates to managers. Proactively create and maintain talent pools for hard‑to‑fill roles. Deliver timely onboarding for new starters, including PPE ordering and workplace induction scheduling. Provide strategic sourcing advice and labour market insights to leaders. Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and transparency. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated recruitment experience in construction environment. Proven background in high‑volume blue collar recruitment, with additional experience recruiting white collar roles. Strong headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and other sourcing channels. Resilience and ability to thrive in a high‑demand environment. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a team. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a solutions‑focused approach. Why Join Us?
