You will partner with Hiring Managers, working closely to understand their hiring needs and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Your expertise will ensure candidates have a seamless experience, positively impacting their onboarding into our business. Candidate management through the recruitment process Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders Compliance to the business’s recruitment process Development of role specific sourcing strategies About You To be successful in the role you will possess the following : Possess experience with applicant tracking software Have experience with either white or blue high volume recruitment Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude Knowledge of industry Civmec + You At Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a ‘Never Assume' culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
