Your Responsibilities Financial Admin: Accounts Payable and Receivable and Bank Reconciliations Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional care to our valued customers, promptly addressing inquiries and offering product selection and delivery guidance and timely issue resolution. Order and Delivery Coordination: Manage the end‑to‑end process, from generating and processing sales orders and quotes to coordinating seamless product deliveries and ongoing support. Administration Mastery: Showcase your organisational and multitasking prowess by providing efficient management of sales and delivery administration. Logistics Liaison: Cultivate relationships with our freight companies and other supply partners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Showroom and Warehouse Collaboration: Collaborate with showroom and warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Team Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain, creative and interstate sales teams to drive success. Issue Resolution: Demonstrate your problem‑solving finesse in addressing customer service concerns. What You Bring Financial Admin Experience: Experience with invoicing & bank reconciliations. Enthusiasm: Your drive and energy will make a positive impact to team dynamics. Multitasking Marvel: Proficiently handle various tasks while maintaining exceptional service standards. System Savvy: Experience with inventory management and accounting systems such as Xero.
