Administration & Customer Service Officer Just Careers Training are seeking a Customer Service and Administration Officer for our expanding Sunshine West Training Site. The role will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager. This is a Part-Time role. This role requires you to work weekends. Responsibilities Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great customer service Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs What are we looking for? To be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with all clients & stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Bubbly and bright personality that can work in a multi-skilled and multicultural team. If you have previous RTO experience then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
