Our clinics offer onsite, remote, and in-home services to clients receiving Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics and Allied Health care services. Benefits Flexible working hours Complete autonomy with calendar and bookings Working within a state-of-the-art facility with dedicated front-end team Work-life balance What You Will Do Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills Collate handouts for referred clients for homework and therapeutic aids Complete electronic client notes and reports for sessions to an appropriate standard as outlined by APS Code of Ethics/Supervisor standards Write letters to other health professionals and external agencies to assist the client in continual access to health and other services Prepare for and attend weekly clinical supervision sessions as per AHPRA guidelines Attend professional development in accordance with AHPRA registration requirements Comply with subpoena or court appearance request on behalf of referred clients Attend case conferences for referred clients to assist in service provision Taking on more clients Seeing a greater variety of clients of all types Give opportunity to new grads to observe Be a buddy for Prov Psychs Participate in MDT training and workshops Begin to build skills in particular clinical areas You Will Also Be Responsible For Taking on more complex clients Look at completing BSP assessment and reports independently for specialized input Provide mentoring and supervision for psychos and new Grad psychos How We Will Support You Dedicated admin team Dedicated HR and finance team to look after all admin affairs Dedicated team leaders and team manager in each department Fully stocked clinics with resources Ability to have resource packs made up to travel within the community Back-end processes in place to make daily work easier Resource budget per discipline per month Dedicated internal/external supervision and mentoring as well as PD Opportunities for observation of more experienced/specialized staff across disciplines What’s In It For You Advancement of clinical knowledge Working with preferred caseload and client types Ongoing clinical development Regular mentoring and supervision Team specific meetings and support In-house PD at no cost (Over 40 PD hours per year) More Benefits Access to a work car for community and remote work Paid travel for community work Paid PD leave PD budget per calendar year Paid staff meetings and professional development in-house Access for work vehicle and work-related travel coverage Access to gym and swim facilities at our sites located inside leisure centres Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Public Health Let your career soar at Soaring Health #J-18808-Ljbffr
