About the role This position sits in the Royal Children's Hospital, Urgent Care Clinic, which provides GP-led care for urgent but non-life‑threatening conditions, 7 days a week, up to 16 hours a day. The Client Services Officer (CSO) is the first point of contract for the patients accessing the UCC and is responsible for client reception, registration, maintaining accurate records, processing Medicare claims, and providing direct support to clinical staff.
