Bayside Melbourne, Part time up to Full time The Opportunity We are seeking a Client Services and Implementation Officer to support our advisers, manage client implementation and contribute to strong client relationships within our financial planning business. You'll work collaboratively with our team in a dynamic role that offers an engaging mix of responsibilities, including: Direct engagement with clients to provide professional support services and communications. Managing advice implementation including transactional responsibilities, application processing and onboarding management. Creation of client documents and reports for meetings and associated applications. Liaise with clients and other industry stakeholders to collate information and documentation. Maintaining client information in Xplan. Preparing forms and compliance documents including Ongoing Service Agreements, questionnaires, and stakeholder forms. Coordinating advice progression, communications and ensuring outcomes to meet our client objectives. Provide effective administrative support to our Advisers and office team for seamless client and business experiences. What will make you successful Keen interest in Client Services. Minimum 2 years' experience working in a wealth management business. Process focused temperament, with strong and accurate administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality result driven. A positive work ethic with the ability to thrive independently, while also collaborating effectively within a small, team-focused business and with external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience with Xplan or capabilities to learn systems efficiently with training.
