AnglicareCQ isseeking a compassionate and proactive Support Facilitator to joinour team and deliver life-changing support through The Way BackSupport Service. You willwork closely with individuals who have experienced a suicidalcrisis or attempt, offering timely, trauma-informed, and recoveryorientated support. Whatwill a typical day look like? Collaborate withparticipants and their support networks to provide sustained,strengths-based care. Deliver timely,trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care aligned with WayBack Service principles. Advocate for andfacilitate referrals to community-based services tailored toindividual needs. Collaborate withthe Clinical Lead to develop tools and processes that enhanceservice delivery. MandatoryRequirements: Diploma levelqualifications in a Mental Health related field. Effective timemanagement and organisational skills. Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.
