Your Role As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership by managing business operations, allowing the CEO to concentrate on strategic initiatives.

Duties and Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for the CEO, handling high-level communications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the CEO's diary, prioritising tasks and scheduling meetings to maximise productivity.
Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and executive reports.
Organise heavy travel arrangements, domestic and international cCoordinate logistics for workshops and events.
Support the CEO in project management, ensuring deadlines are met and following up on deliverables.
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable individual with a background in executive support, particularly in senior leadership settings.
You should have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
Experience in the financial services sector is beneficial, along with a passion for fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
5-6 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting c-suite executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with the financial services sector.
A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Experience with project management and communication tools.
