Direct Trades Supply Pty Ltd (DTS) is proudly Western Australian owned and run. DTS is a one-stop equipment warehouse providing construction materials, safety PPE, tools & machinery, security fencing, and rural fencing to WA construction, mining and agriculture sectors. About the Position We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Maddington. The role will be hands on, fast paced and working in close team environment. Most of all, we seek a self-motivated person that demonstrates commitment, attention to detail and wants more than a job. Someone who is energetic and looking for a long-term role. Responsibilities would include but not limited to: Identifying and sourcing new business opportunities. Preparation of proposals and or quotations tailored to new customer’s needs. Building and maintaining relationships with the existing sales team. Facilitate smooth transition of new clients to Key Account Management team. Employment hours & remuneration: Full time position, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm Salary $120,000 to $150,000 - plus fully maintained vehicle, phone and laptop. Salary will be negotiable based on experience. Bonus Payments are available based on performance. We are seeking a person who: Has the ability to problem solve, a patient attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement. Has a hands-on can-do attitude with a positive outlook and genuine sense of team work. Is reliable and committed to a long-term position. Industry & hardware sales experience is preferred.
