New Vehicle Sales Manager - Sydney Our client is an automotive dealership located in Sydney. We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including the preparation of monthly management reports, oversight of expenditure and budget achievement, and mentoring of sales consultants. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new retail customers within our primary marketing area. Understand the customers' objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes. Build rapport, forming long-term business relationships. Lead and undertake all aspects of the sales process, from prospect through to delivery; and assist less experienced sales consultants. Promote a subset of company products and services ensuring successful introductions to car care and finance & insurance. Attend various business and industry events/meetings as required. Experience Previous automotive sales management experience essential, with demonstrated leadership skills within a retail environment. Sound administrative and organisational skill sufficient to oversee administrative aspects of the department. Exceptional communication skills. Sound computer skills and proven ability to maximise output from available databases. Highly professional approach, together with a proven strong work ethic. Proven ability to supervise, mentor and motivate sales personnel to ensure the achievement of targets.
