Specialised Resource Products and Services – Wangara WA Specialised Resource Products & Services Pty Ltd SREPS is a proudly Australian owned and operated company located in Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in the design and manufacture of Drilling Rigs and Down Hole Drilling Tools, supplying our products both locally and internationally. We are a small, tight-knit team and this role will require close liaison with the Accounts, Sales, Purchasing and Production teams. We utilise both Xero and an in-house software package. We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team on a part‑time basis (22.8 hours per week). There is flexibility for these hours to be spread over 5 days to accommodate school hours. \Accounts Receivable Generating invoices and credit notes Sending invoices, credit notes and statements to customers Processing intercompany invoices and credits Daily monitoring of debtors and debt collection Liaising with customers Payroll Tracking and processing leave Processing weekly payroll Processing weekly intercompany payroll recharges Assisting with workers compensation claims Finance Bank reconciliations Intercompany reconciliations Assisting with document updates and generating letters Key Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable, with an emphasis on debt collection Demonstrated experience in payroll, including interpreting and applying awards Experience working across multiple entities and with intercompany transactions Experience working with an international customer base an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills and multitasking ability Ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Experience with Xero an advantage Click "APPLY" to submit your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
