Sales Enablement Specialist

Are you passionate about empowering Sales teams to thrive? TechnologyOne is seeking an Enablement Specialist - Sales to own the sales enablement journey, equipping Account Executives, CAMs, and Sales Leaders to grow from onboarding to mastery. In this role, you'll accelerate ramp‑up, ensure consistent sales practices, and strengthen pipeline conversion to drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in shaping the capability of our sales teams, helping them deliver results faster, with consistency and confidence. Your work will directly impact pipeline performance, sales effectiveness, and revenue growth, making a tangible difference for both the business and our customers. What you’ll do… Build structured onboarding and readiness programs for new sales hires. Develop toolkits for account planning, negotiation frameworks, and customer engagement best practices. Partner with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to consolidate collateral into a single source of truth. Run shadowing, coaching, and readiness initiatives to drive early pipeline contribution. Provide ongoing enablement aligned with product, market, and industry updates. What we’re looking for… Deep expertise in sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to embed best practices across verticals. Proven experience designing sales enablement journeys, toolkits, and playbooks that reduce ramp‑up time, shorten sales cycles, and accelerate time‑to‑revenue. Skilled at building partnerships across Sales, Consulting, Product, and People & Culture teams. Analytical and data‑driven, capable of tracking and improving key sales metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, NPS, and deal profitability. Clear and influential communicator, able to simplify complexity, drive adoption of new practices, and embed change across diverse sales teams. Commercially focused, outcome‑driven, and adaptable in fast‑moving, competitive markets with a strong customer focus. Why Join us?
