We are here to help and our unique customer centric service model has supported our achievement of record customer growth and customer satisfaction.We are currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join our Team at our Administration Office located at West Kempsey, NSW.About the roleThe main aim of this role is to assist the organisation in maintaining and monitoring its information technology and service-related assets, vendor management, and physical and cyber-related security compliance to meet best practice and regulatory requirements.The role covers all aspects of IT services within the Coastline network, from supporting local PCs, servers and third-party hardware to administering and maintaining a number of cloud services and high availability data/voice networks.Responsibilities:Maintain physical security across Coastline’s network including cloud services, server networks and data facilities.Manage Microsoft 365 and associated operating environments.Ensure device security is maintained to regulatory guidelines.Manage core banking software and banking App.Foster a robust compliance and risk framework.Comply with regulatory requirements including APRA Standard CPS234 Information Security.Prepare Information Technology Board and Committee reports.What you need to succeedBehaviour that aligns with our core valuesSound knowledge of cyber security frameworksComfortable with Windows, and cloud environmentsExperience with IT Security Infrastructure such as VPNs, data interconnects and DNS.Experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and monitoring.Experience in presentation and negotiation skills at a managerial level.Decision making, analytical and conceptual skills to assist in strategic planning and implement business strategy.Experience in all aspects of staff and team management and development.Previous experience at Management level of an equivalent/comparable organisation, for a minimum of 5 years.Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Management, or related disciplines.Industry certifications in a technical field.Knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, business practices, relevant legislation, banking prudential standards and codes.Proven relationship building skills including dealing with diverse stakeholder groups.Ability to self-manage and prioritise to meet performance expectations and deadlines.A desire to work within a demanding and dynamic culture of high performance.What you will receive in returnProfessional development and career opportunities, with on the job coaching and annual scholarships available for higher learning.An attractive salary commensurate with experienceWork-life balance in a dynamic role with an organisation who values community engagement and the amazing opportunity to live and work in the Macleay ValleyGenerous staff benefits including access to discounted health and general insurance.3 days paid volunteering leave per annum, so you can give back to your local community.Access to Perkbox, our benefits and rewards program giving access to hundreds of deals, discounts and curated wellbeing content.Free annual flu vaccinationsEmployee Assistance Program providing free counselling sessions to support your wellbeing, as well as your immediate family members.Our customers are from different backgrounds and all walks of life just like our team members.
