Overview Brisbane CBD | Hybrid (3 days in office) 12-month contract + 12 months Program Manager – ServiceNow | ITSM As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading delivery of initiatives that drive the consolidation of IT functions delivering expanded Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), utilising ServiceNow as the technology platform. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role, responsible for end-to-end program delivery, project & program governance, coordination of organisational change initiatives, and stakeholder management. You will maintain a customer / stakeholder focus and ensure project and program delivery methodologies are adhered. You will be the primary contact point for the Information technology Services leadership team including the Chief Information Officer (CIO), ensuring program outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Responsibilities Deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, with ITIL v3 or v4 Expert certification (highly regarded) and proficiency with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow Lead the delivery of major organisational change initiatives, including leading the delivery of a technology project onboarding new business units into ServiceNow with full accountability for its progress, reporting and outcomes. Lead Strategic ITSM Transformation– Drive enterprise-wide service management practices that enhance service quality and user experience Proven success implementing and optimising ITIL or equivalent frameworks. Manage stakeholder relationships, with internal teams, the business, and external vendor/s, including communication, negotiation and influencing stakeholders to work together to achieve delivery objectives. Develop, maintain and execute project plans and be responsible to deliver agreed outcomes, within scope, budget and quality parameters. Manage project issues, risks, and problems in consultation with stakeholders to ensure appropriate controls and mitigation strategies are in place for timely delivery. Ensure that program outcomes deliver the intended business benefits, including monitoring, measuring, and reporting on value realisation. Make timely, informed decisions to resolve delivery challenges, and elevate issues to Executive Leadership and Boards when required. Advise the Project Executive and Boards of any deviations from the agreed plan that exceed set tolerances, including associated risks and impacts, and provide clear recommendations for corrective action and the way forward. Manage program budget, track expenditure, manage financial risks, and ensure delivery provides value for money.
