We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead the transformative Cyber Security Uplift Program. This dynamic role is crucial for driving the organizational strategy to enhance cyber resilience while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by providing strategic oversight and ensuring all initiatives are seamlessly executed, gaining commitment from diverse stakeholders and fostering a culture of security awareness. About the Role As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the program, overseeing multiple security initiatives that collectively bolster the organization’s defenses against cyber threats. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align the program's goals with broader strategic priorities and manage significant budgets effectively to ensure optimal deployment of resources. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to navigate complex program environments and drive measurable results. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience managing complex cyber security or ICT uplift programs in large organizations. Strong knowledge of contemporary cyber security frameworks including NIST CSF 2.0, Essential Eight, and CIS standards. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities across both technical and executive levels. Proficiency in managing multi-year budgets and vendor relationships in cross-functional environments. Experience in public sector or higher education environments. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Strong analytical skills for effective measurement and reporting of program performance. A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly with a focus on cyber security. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile methodologies are a plus. Other Requirements Willingness to travel as required for stakeholder engagement. Preferably hold certifications in cyber security frameworks (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
