Location Brisbane Australia Salary AUD 88 Annual Gross (indicative; may be subject to enhancements based on internal processes) About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program. This initiative includes a brownfield conversion to SAP S / 4HANA and the implementation of SAP HR Concur and Ariba aimed at modernizing core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall SAP transformation program lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams: S / 4HANA, Finance, HR, Concur, Ariba, and supporting functions. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting. Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision‑making processes. Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies. Support business readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities. Required Experience & Qualifications 15 years of experience in SAP program / project management. Proven track record in managing large‑scale SAP implementations, including S / 4HANA programs. Experience in brownfield conversion projects and multi‑module SAP rollouts. Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in utilities or asset‑intensive industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, PMBOK). Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications or formal training in S / 4HANA and related modules. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools. Background in business transformation or enterprise architecture is a plus.
