Digital Content Specialist Brisbane | Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH | $85K–$95K + super What You’ll Do: Manage Google Ads (Search + Conversions) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Optimise campaigns, report results, and make data driven adjustments. Edit and reformat lawyer written content to perform well digitally – no need to create content from scratch. Work with HubSpot CRM (or similar) to connect campaigns to pipelines, maintain nurture workflows, and ensure automations run smoothly. Maintain reporting, track performance, and identify what’s working and what needs tweaking. About You: 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, paid media, or CRM automation. Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics. HubSpot experience is a strong plus. Comfortable with a mix of editing content, setting up campaigns, and technical execution Team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
