Department of Resources QLD – Brisbane QLD Overview If you excel at driving digital innovation and want to play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation for Queensland, this role is for you Based at 1 William Street, Brisbane, the AO7 Principal Advisor - Digital Support is a permanent position offering flexible full-time hours. In this role, you'll provide input, guidance and support for the development, implementation, and review of department-wide digital transformation strategies, policies, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with the department's strategic objectives and Queensland Government priorities. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Information Technology Partners (ITP), to identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on the progress of digital transformation initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development of digital capability-building initiatives. You'll also contribute to the department's digital governance framework, facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies, and contribute advice to senior leadership on digital transformation strategies.
