The Opportunity This role offers a chance to work across business development and technical sales within the construction sector. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with developers, contractors, councils, architects, and suppliers, helping to deliver solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Manage client relationships, including developers, architects, councils, and contractors. Work closely with delivery, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project outcomes exceed client expectations. Prepare proposals, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts. Drive growth in line with company strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and efficiency improvements. What You’ll Bring Proven success in business development, or technical sales within building, construction, roofing, facades, or related sectors. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels, from site managers to C‑suite executives. Commercial acumen and comfort managing complex sales cycles or large-scale projects. Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
