Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a People and Culture Advisor, with a primary location in Auburn, NSW, and flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing the day‑to‑day HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, advising on labour and employment law, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organisational and legal standards. The advisor will also support management in fostering an inclusive and motivated workplace culture and be accountable for company compliances such as work cover, licensing and memberships. Qualifications Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and HR management principles Experience in formulating and implementing HR policies Knowledge of labour and employment law to ensure compliance with legal standards Strong skills in addressing employee relations and nurturing employee engagement Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in supporting a diverse range of industry sectors is a plus Salary & Benefits Starting Salary of 90k plus super , with potential opportunity for progression into P&C Business Partner in the future.
