Melbourne Institute Of Plastic Surgery – Malvern VIC This is a part-time Junior Medical Receptionist role with the Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery, located in Malvern, VIC. As a member of the administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients while ensuring the smooth running of the medical practice. What you’ll be doing Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar Handling patient inquiries and booking requests over the phone and in person Collecting patient information and maintaining accurate patient records Assisting with medical billing and insurance claims processing Providing general administrative support to the medical team as required What we’re looking for Previous experience working in administration, preferably as a medical receptionist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour when interacting with patients A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to medical practice policies What we offer At the Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery, we are dedicated to supporting our employees' well‑being and work‑life balance.
