You will be organised and diligent with your paperwork and be up to date with your knowledge of HSE legislation. You will own your responsibilities and achieve timely milestones. You will have the ability to perform toolbox talks and perform site audits. Your Experience and Qualifications: Must have 2+ years recent experience working for an Australian building and construction company Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety We are working with an exciting commercial builder that has had a very strong last couple of years and has enjoyed a great 2025 so far. Their book of commercial and industrial projects is impressive, and they are going to keep the foot on the gas (so to speak) with a handful of tenders in the wings for the next stage of projects.
