Job Title Product Adoption Manager – Zipline.io Responsibilities Own ongoing adoption and value outcomes for a segment of Zipline customers. Manage a patch of Zipline customers: run regular meetings, manage stakeholders, hold QBRs with SAO support. Monitor Customer Value Score dashboards, diagnose gaps, execute adoption playbooks to hit CVS targets. Drive Product Adoption: segment accounts into cohorts, craft launch comms, lead light‑touch rollouts, build onboarding workflows and material in the product. Surface Product Qualified Leads and renewal risks to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycleli> Build scalable enablement material – Loom videos, knowledge bases, training sessions, webinars. Qualifications 2‑5 years in product enablement, product management, technical account management or onboarding/implementation project management. Experience working in Enterprise SaaS with $50k+ ARR customers. Experience managing product configuration for Enterprise SaaS products, working closely with product management, technical and support teams. Obsessed with customer value and impact – hitting success metrics; fluent in metrics & dashboards. Confident communicator – comfortable working with Enterprise users, running webinars, writing crisp release notes/emails, training users. Passionate about products and comfortable configuring software tools (UI, no‑code) and managing mini‑projects. High‑agency, extreme‑ownership mindset; thrive in a fast and fluid environment.
