apple tree children's health – Frewville SA We are a Specialist practice, looking for a experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. Currently on offer is a casual/job share position of approx. 3 half day shifts per week, including morning & afternoon, with the ability to cover leave and sick leave when required. If you are an experienced , well organized medical receptionist, who is reliable, has the ability to work autonomously when required, and who is committed to providing a professional standard of administrative patient care, we would like to hear from you. We welcome mature aged applicants for this position. Key Responsibilities First point of contact - meeting and greeting patients Answering telephones Booking/rescheduling of appointments Patient accounts, including invoicing and eftpos payments Other administrative duties as required Recent GP/Specialist reception experience required Experience with medical software programs acceptable, with ZEDMED/ZEDCLOUD preferred Medicare knowledge Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise work load Australian work rights required for this position WE WILL NOT BE LOOKING AT APPLICATIONS THAT DO NOT HAVE RECENT MEDICAL RECEPTION EXPERIENCE.
