Hallett Cove Corner Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly medical receptionist to join our supportive team who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We have a casual position available for weekdays and some Saturdays. The successful applicant must have excellent customer service skills, a high level of computer skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with Best Practice software would be highly desirable. Responsibilities Meet and greet patients Answer all incoming phone calls Scheduling Appointments Processing patient details and preparing accounts/payments Assisting doctors with administrative tasks Ensuring patient flow is smooth and managing the waiting room General clerical duties including scanning, faxing and emailing Opening and closing the clinic The enthusiastic candidate we are looking will have: Outstanding communication and customer service skills A positive "can do" attitude Strong organisational and multitasking skills Be reliable and honest with a strong work ethic Prior medical receptionist experience is desirable but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
