Happy Faces Disability Support – Lavington NSW Happy Faces Disability Support is seeking passionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Lavington, NSW. In this casual position, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality care and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. What you'll be doing Providing personalised support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation and social engagement Accompanying and supporting clients during community outings and recreational activities Implementing individual support plans and collaborating with clients, families and other healthcare professionals Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their safety and wellbeing Maintaining detailed client records and documentation Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery What we're looking for A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent Experience in the aged care or disability support sector, with a demonstrated understanding of person‑centred care principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families Flexibility and adaptability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays A current driver's license and reliable transportation What we offer At Happy Faces Disability Support, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
