The Corruption Prevention & Engagement unit is one of four units within the CCC’s Corruption Division. It is responsible for providing insights into emerging corruption risks and threats; monitoring the way public sector entities deal with complaints about corruption; and helping Queensland public sector agencies prevent corruption through the delivery of prevention and engagement initiatives. The unit has a strong focus on embedding a data and insight driven approach into practice and strategic corruption prevention and stakeholder engagement activities.We have a vision that our communities will be safe and supported by fair and ethical public institutions with a focus on those matters of highest threat to the Queensland community. When you join the CCC you can access the following benefits:• salary packaging• 12.75% superannuation• flexible work options, including working from home• access to paid parental leave• accrued time off• opportunity to purchase leave• 17.5% annual leave loading• health and wellbeing program• study assistance• access to a wide variety of training opportunities• free annual influenza vaccination• six star rated inner city location close to public transportAbout youThe ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:Experience delivering communication and/or stakeholder engagement services to large and diverse groups of stakeholders, particularly in the public sector.High level knowledge and understanding of contemporary stakeholder engagement, communication and marketing principles and practices, including IAP2 or other recognised engagement frameworks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare a range of written and digital products for internal and external audiences.Ability to use software to support engagement and communications activities such as the Adobe Creative Suite, eNewsletter platforms, PowerPoints, animations, webinar and video conferencing, Eventbrite and the MS Office suite.Ability to deliver continuous improvement initiatives, particularly with respect to improving delivery of services to stakeholder and key partners.Ability to liaise, consult and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders and fostering partnerships with stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.How to applyFor more detailed information, including what is required to demonstrate your suitability for the role, refer to the attached role description. Pre-employment vetting forms a part of our selection process - you may be asked to provide detailed personal particulars and private interests information.
