Senior Communication and Engagement Officer

The Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO) Communications team sits within the Corporate and Strategic Services Division and works alongside other critical support services such as Human Resources, IT, and Finance.Collectively, the division supports the Health Ombudsman and the organisation in delivering responsive service complaints management for Queensland's health system.The Senior Communications and Engagement Officer is responsible for supporting the organisation's communications and engagement functions.This includes the publication of reports, liaising with the media, internal client advisory and communications support, external community engagement, and maintenance of external facing materials including website content.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
