AO4Workplace LocationIt is a genuine occupational requirement for this position to be fi lled by an Aboriginal person or Torres Strait Islander person, as permitted byandarguable under, Sections 25, 104 and 105 of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.As the team's Project Officer, Engagement, you will work with the Senior Manager, Engagement and together play a key role in engaging and enhancing QM's relationships with First Nations peoples. Your will foster communication and support activities between the Museum and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, stakeholders, and partners, and ensure that our projects and initiatives align with the needs and priorities of First Nations peoples and the Museum's First Nations Strategy.If you are a collaborative team member, passionate about promoting positive relationships with First Nations communities and contributing to meaningful reconciliation and repatriation initiatives, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.The Queensland Museum acknowledges the First Peoples - the Traditional Custodians of the lands, waters and sky where we live and work. To perform this role it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
